Warranty & Return

• All products come with a 1-year extended warranty, which includes 6 months of manufacturer warranty and an additional 6 months of free extended warranty provided by HEX Miners.
• In the event of malfunction or damage, we will repair or replace the machine at no cost to the customer during the warranty period.
• We offer a 30-day free return policy on all orders, with return shipping costs fully covered by us.
• Our products undergo rigorous quality inspections and are meticulously packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• After the warranty expires, repair or replacement costs will apply.
