You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. To begin, simply complete the form below.

Once we receive your request, our support team will review the details and provide you with clear return instructions, including the return address and next steps.
Please do not ship any items without prior approval, as this may cause delays in processing your return or refund.

If your miner arrived damaged or defective, be sure to note that in the form so we can expedite a replacement for you.
