At Hash Harvest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships for a full refund.
To cancel, simply contact our support team in writing — we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Changed Your Mind? Return Within 30 Days
If you decide the product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Please contact our support team to request a return authorization number before sending it back.
✅ Free return shipping is included during the 30-day window.
Refunds are processed once we inspect and approve the returned item.
3. Faulty or Malfunctioning Equipment
If your hardware malfunctions within the first 30 days, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
After 30 days, your product is still covered under our 1-year international warranty.
In either case, Hash Harvest covers return and replacement shipping.
4. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 5 days of the delivery date.
We’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund as soon as damage is confirmed.
Tip: Keep the original packaging and send photos of the damage when contacting our team for quicker resolution.
5. Missing or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item, or is something missing from your order? Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll promptly send the correct product or replace the missing part at no extra cost.
6. Return Packaging Guidelines
To ensure safe return transit, please use the original packaging and follow our secure packing instructions.
Hash Harvest cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to returns that aren’t properly packaged.
7. Optional Shipping Insurance
For high-value orders, we offer additional shipping insurance at 2% of the item’s value.

8. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, email our support team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and step-by-step instructions.

9. Refund Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
